Welcome to GATE 28 J.Rose Scrolls by Julie Jamison. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our One of a Kind Fine Art Photography Pieces. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Payments​

  • We accept ACH, SEPA, and bank transfers as payment methods. Orders are processed once payment is received.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is included in the base price within the continental U.S. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Canada, international locations, P.O. boxes, or other destinations.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.

  • Once a purchase is processed, the print is shipped from our fine art printer in California or North Carolina to Julie Jamison for authentication. Julie and her team verify the photograph’s authenticity, number, date the piece, and issue a Certificate of Authenticity.

  • After authentication, the photograph is shipped to the customer, and a tracking number is provided via email.

  • The entire process can take up to 3 weeks to ensure the highest quality.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • GATE 28 J.Rose Scrolls by Julie Jamison is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once they are in transit.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • We will provide a no-charge replacement or refund for any quality issues, we may request the item to be sent back, and a return shipping label will be provided.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to customer preference.

  • If an order is damaged in shipping, we will provide a refund or a no-charge replacement.

  • Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet gone into production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to any order that is canceled or exchanged.

  • Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days.

  • To request a refund, replacement, or return, please contact us.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of GATE 28 J.Rose Scrolls by Julie Jamison and are protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • All transactions are protected and secure. Nevertheless, users acknowledge that we are not responsible for indirect damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our website or purchases.​
