What is J. Rose Scrolls By Julie Jamison

A bi-monthly Limited Editions 1 of 1 original Photography layered with AI By Julie Jamison, Fine Art VIP club. Where she releases 28 single 1 of 1 Limited Edition Floral Designs on the 28th of the designated month. J. Rose Scrolls email list members receive exclusive 48 hour early access to view and purchase in the gallery before public viewing is available till the next release date. This gallery is special buy offering the floral designs in Square, Horizontal, or Vertical orientations. 

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is included in the base price within the continental U.S. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Canada/International/P.O.Box/Etc. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request. 

When will I receive my order?

Once purchase orders are processed, the print is shipped from the fine art printer in California or North Carolina to Julie Jamison. She and her team verify the photograph's authenticity. Then, your photograph will be numbered, dated, and given the Certificate of Authenticity. Your shipment will then be shipped to you where Julie’s team will email you your tracking number. The process can take 3 weeks to ensure the highest quality reaches our clients.

What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact us. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

Can I cancel my order? 

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 

How long does it take to process a refund? 

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
